New feature:

• Show customer totals in single-user reports
• Support custom fonts in export / invoice templates

Improvement:

• Expenses export did not respect selected teams
• Require date-range for export and invoice searches, to prevent error
• Clarify help label for user locale and show decimal formats in help controller
