Where can I download Kimai plugins?

All your plugin downloads are available in the License Manager.

How do plugin subscriptions work?

Kimai plugins are sold as subscriptions with a perpetual fallback license, which means:

• You can use any plugin you’ve purchased forever, as long as it’s compatible with your version of Kimai
• Active subscriptions include updates for the duration of the subscription
• Once your subscription expires, updates stop — but the plugin itself keeps working
• Every subscription includes a minimum of one year of updates, guaranteed

How do I cancel a subscription?

Kimai is the plugin developer, not the merchant — so cancellations must be handled through the store where you purchased.

To find your merchant’s cancellation page:

1. Open the License Manager — it includes a direct link to the merchant for each plugin
2. Alternatively, check your original purchase confirmation email for a link to your order

Cancelling a LemonSqueezy subscription

1. Go to the My Orders page on LemonSqueezy
2. If prompted, sign in using your email address — LemonSqueezy will send you a magic link
3. Find your active subscription and click Manage Subscription
4. In the subscription details, click Cancel subscription
5. Confirm by clicking Cancel Subscription in the popup
6. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete

Once cancelled, no further payments will be charged.

Can I get a refund?

Kimai has a no-refund policy.

Because plugins are delivered as digital downloads, they cannot be returned once the source code has been accessed. Payment processors also charge non-refundable transaction fees regardless of outcome. For these reasons, all sales are final — including subscriptions that weren’t cancelled before renewal.
