About us
IT that’s a joy to use! That’s our mission at Helsinki Systems. Based in Stuttgart, we support medical practices, schools, public administrations, and medium-sized businesses with all their IT needs: networking and support, hosting, IT security, hardware, consulting, and custom software development.
Kimai has been with us for years, both as a user and as a partner. We install Kimai in your environment or host it for you on servers in Germany, handle updates, backups, and monitoring, and support you with SLAs for support and maintenance.
When Kimai needs to be adapted to your processes, we develop the solutions ourselves. Currently, two of our extensions are publicly available in the Kimai Store: Budget Monitoring, which sends notifications when configurable budget limits are reached, and Lexoffice Sync, which automatically transfers invoices. Whatever you need, we’ll build it.
This is a particular advantage for organizations with high standards for data protection and traceability: time tracking, operations, and point of contact all remain with a single provider in Germany.
