El suport per correu electrònic està disponible per als clients de pagament del núvol.
Els clients del núvol poden esperar respostes en 24 hores, de dilluns a divendres entre les 10:00 i les 16:00 CET (excloent festius).
Comunitat
No hi ha suport per correu electrònic disponible per a instal·lacions allotjades localment gratuïtes.
El suport de la comunitat a GitHub normalment respon ràpidament. Si us plau, cerqueu als problemes existents per veure si el vostre problema ja s’ha resolt.
Suport d'instal·lació i actualització
Vols utilitzar Kimai, però no saps com instal·lar-lo al teu servidor?
Although all necessary steps are documented, they may cause problems for users who are not familiar with server systems. In 25+ years of work experience I have seen a lot of different server systems and know that it is not always easy to integrate new software into your existing setup.

Required information
Depending on the type of setup, I might ask you for different types of credentials and information. These might be:
- SSH connection details and user account
- the database connection and account
- a prepared domain with SSL-Certificate
- login to your hosters web interface

Pricing
- Updates take roughly 30-60 minutes
- Migration from Kimai v1 takes around 2 hours
- Installation takes around 1-2 hours (depending on your setup / hoster)
